Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement. Eligibility is determined based on the order subtotal before discounts, promotions, taxes, and shipping fees are applied.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Who pays for Customs, Duties and Taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and vary by destination. You may be required to pay these fees upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Important: To help cover return processing and handling, a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
